Lymington Precision Engineers (LPE), established in 1980, is a leading manufacturer of precision machined components, fabrications and assemblies. It serves an international customer base in the Oil & Gas, Telecommunications, Nuclear, Aerospace & Defence, Marine and Semi Conductor industries.
We backed the management buyout of LPE in February 2011 and held a majority stake in the business.
LPE was sold to Senior plc in March 2015.
